North West Reptile Encounters was founded by Ben Owens. The business was set up in 2018 after Ben returned to North Wales from six months travelling around Asia. He founded Captive and Field Herpetology, a specialist company that produces an academic journal and organises herpetological expeditions to Asia, as well as North West Reptile Encounters which aims to engage children and young people in the amazing world of reptiles and other animals.
North West Reptile Encounters can bring live animals along to events such as birthday parties, weddings, schools, businesses and much more! We’re fully licensed, insured and DBS checked with over 17 years of experience working with these unusual and fascinating creatures. You won’t find anyone more qualified!
